Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store belemarkreativ.ch, operated by Bel & Mar Kreativ, Zurich, Switzerland.
Orders
By submitting an order, you are making a binding offer to purchase. The order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of the contract. We reserve the right to refuse orders.
Prices
All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and displayed before payment.
Payment
We accept credit/debit cards, Twint, and Apple/Google Pay via Stripe. Payment is processed at the time of order.
Shipping
We ship throughout Switzerland. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We ship via Swiss Post (A-Post).
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our handmade products, we accept returns within 14 days for unused products in original packaging. Please contact us before returning any product.
Liability
Bel & Mar Kreativ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the order value.
Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland. Swiss law applies exclusively.
